Coaching
We build up our clients’ development teams by providing coaching and guidance over the course of each project: technical advisement and mentoring to provide tips, answer questions, and help improve the performance of the team.
This offering ranges from a few hours of initial guidance to regular check-ins corresponding with project milestones. Coaching is offered at three levels of engagement.
Bronze
- 1 scheduled phone call per month with each developer
- Hands-on one-on-one mentoring
- Email/chat availability
Silver
- 2 scheduled phone calls per month with each developer
- Hands-on one-on-one mentoring
- Investigation of issues with recommendations
- Unlimited email/chat availability and limited phone availability
Gold
- 2 scheduled phone calls per month with each developer
- Hands-on one-on-one mentoring
- Private code walkthroughs
- Investigation of issues with recommendations
- Custom resource recommendations
- Unlimited email, chat, and phone availability
Each coaching level includes the benefits of the previous levels. (ex. Gold includes Bronze and Silver benefits)
