Kickstart Your Project
Galvanize technical and business direction through kickoff meetings and plan reviews. Meet with project team to assist in the creation of the project plan. Based upon Lexicon’s experience with projects of this type, review and recommend a project approach that is most likely to succeed given schedule and budget constraints. Code Review
Conduct code reviews to assess development effort and provide feedback for future coding. We survey your existing mobile apps for coding practices, architecture, and technique. This is about the code. How well is it organized? What is the quality of coding practices? What is its architecture? How is data handled? Are best practices being used? We report on the state of the code base and recommend directions and strategies for improving the team’s skills and sensibilities as they move into their next round of coding.
Project Consult
Lexicon Systems works with development teams to get them up to speed, offering guidance in common areas of challenge, such as development setup and implementation. Consulting can range from high-level recommendations to detailed hands-on training.
Mobile Trend Survey

Architecture Design
